Elbow and The Hallé was a collaboration for

Manchester International Festival in 2009. The two

hour set, orchestrated and conducted by Joe, was

performed alongside the 90 piece Hallé Orchestra and

40 strong Hallé Youth Choir. The two celebrated

performances took place at The Bridgewater Hall and

was live streamed into Castlefield Bowl to 5,000 extra

fans. The concert ended with the Town Hall bells

ringing out One Day Like This.
